Versatile and agile
As a design leader with 15+ years in design and tech, including a decade focused specifically on product design and 7+ years building and leading multidisciplinary teams, I turn design into a strategic partner to the business. I stay close to the craft while building the systems, AI-native workflows, and team structures that let design operate at scale.
I've worked across seed and Series-stage startups, agencies, and enterprise, building high-performing teams that deliver on ambitious goals in industries like healthcare, consumer health, HR, real estate, government, DevOps, and AI.
